about us

Hi, I'm kaisa, the main face behind the clay collective!

An ever-evolving space, our beloved ceramic studio started out as a shared studio space between 3 artists and over the years has transformed mainly into a teaching space where I have the great pleasure of sharing my craft with the community of Revelstoke. â€‹

I still share the space with my studio mate, Gabrielle who you may also know through the name Monashee Pottery and during the day you can often find us working on our own pieces. Gab also occasionally gives classes out of the studio and you can find those offerings as well as her pottery on her website

monasheepottery.com or on social media @monasheepottery.

A bit more about me

I'm the artist behind sisaret ceramics. I grew up in Gatineau, Quebec before moving out west to be in the mountains. I aim to create pieces that are hopeful, whimsical and thoughtful through the use of colour and by using recognizable imagery and words. I have a background in painting and drawing and love to incorporate

You can find more about me and my work at sisaret.ca and follow along on social media @sisaretceramics.
